Sue is an emergency medicine physician with over 20 years of experience and has used her skills in a wide variety of settings including trauma centers, cruise ships, air evacuations, and mountain biking and hiking expeditions. She loves the outdoors and has traveled the globe on a bike, in a kayak, and on foot often volunteering medical when the need occurred.

Sue adapts her knowledge and years of experience to the medical care required to handle wilderness injuries and illness. Back home, she is an educator of medical first responders and teaches at a medical school.

Her goal is to teach fellow adventurers how to be safe and confident in whatever activities they undertake in the wild.
